At the 2024 Mock Trial State Tournament held in March at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, the team won third place, a significant win after finishing 5th place two years ago, the school said.
Student Daniela Coromateu won a Top Witness Award and Amy Doval won a $500 scholarship for being ranked the No. 1 Lawyer, the school said. The team also won a Top Professionalism Award for the respect they showed other teams during the competition.
