The Greater Miami Festivals and Events Association awarded prizes to two Miami Lakes residents and a town staffer on June 17th. Clarisell De Cardenas, center, the Town of Miami Lakes’ public information officer, accepted the Community Hero Award on behalf of Daylin Garcia, founder of the Giving Gators charity. Brandon Diaz, the town’s marketing and digital services specialist, won the Best Digital Marketing Campaign award, for
