The Miami Lakes Town Council adopted the Neighborhood Matching Grant Program so encourage neighborhoods to plan and work together in a dynamic fashion in order to accomplish neighborhood-based goals and objectives.
The grant provides Miami Lakes’ neighborhoods the opportunity to make improvements and/or enhancements to ensure their long-term viability. The town will match dollar for dollar, up to $5,000 for neighborhood or Homeowners Association.
The intent of the program is to support a comprehensive beautification strategy managed by the town with the recommendation of the Neighborhood Improvement Committee. These projects will improve the physical, cultural, and recreational conditions in Miami Lakes’ neighborhoods. All Town of Miami Lakes neighborhoods and Hoe’s are welcome to apply.
