Miami Lakes Middle School gives visiting families a colorful welcome
To welcome prospective fifth graders to Miami Lakes Middle School, students and staff hosted their very first color run. The purpose of the event held in February was to introduce future Warriors and their parents to the school, at 6425 Miami Lakeway North, as well as to its magnet program. Over 100 kids attended and they and their parents were part of the fun, the school said.
