Miami Lakes Real Estate company sells three-story hotel in M. Beach

The Princess Ann Hotel, a three-story, 45-room hotel built in 1934 on a 7,000-square-foot parcel at 920 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, sold for 100 percent gain. Costa & Associates PA, Attorneys at Law represented the sellers, PAH I LLC. & PAH II LLC during this most recent sale as well as when they initially purchased the property in 2006.

The seller of the hotel originally purchased it for $5 million in March of 2006. It was able to command a $10 million purchase price in the seller’s recent sale to buyer, DBH Collins Hospitality LLC. Torres Vadillo LLP represented the buyer’s in this transaction.
