Miami Lakes seeks residents for volunteer work with town staff committees

The Town of Miami Lakes is looking for volunteers to assist town staff and committee members with events, activities and programs in the town.

Residents who are seeking school community services hours are encouraged to participate.

Interested persons can go to the Town’s website www.miamilakes-fl.gov and under “Departments” scroll down to click on “Human Resources.” Then on the right-hand side click on “Volunteering” to get the volunteer program form. Parental consent must be given for individuals under 18 years old.

“Volunteering and serving others is the easiest way to make an immediate impact on our Town,” said Vice Mayor Manny Cid. “Volunteer community involvement assists in improving the quality of life in Miami Lakes.”
