Miami Lakes Youth Activities Task Force is continuing the “Movies in the Park” series, a free event that is held at Miami Lakes Picnic Park West, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue. The series is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on two Friday evenings each month through January.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, and picnic baskets for a family-friendly evening of moving watching under the stars.
The movie schedule:
Friday, December 4 – “Elf,” presented by Palmetto General Hospital; Friday, December 18 – “Polar Express;” Friday, January 8 – “Max;” and Friday, January 22 - “Minions.”
