Miami Lakes Youth Activities Task Force has resumed its annual Movies at the Park series. The free movie watching event takes place at Miami Lakes Picnic Park West, 15151 Montrose Road (N.W. 82 Avenue).
The series kicked-off on Friday, January 10, at 7:30 p.m., and will continue every other week through February for a total of four films. Families are encouraged to bring chairs and picnic blankets. Pizza, popcorn and soda will be available for purchase.
The next showing is scheduled for Friday, January 24.
“My kids absolutely love this experience,” said Councilmember Tony Lama. “This is one of my favorite events put on by the Youth Activities Task Force and I hope to see a packed event.”
