Villaggio in the Lakes is an attractive office complex you can’t miss as you travel along Northwest 151st Street on the east side of Miami Lakes.

“We needed more space,” Hertz said. It’s also a convenient location to be close to Red Road/Northwest 57th Avenue and Miami Lakes Drive.
“I think it’s easier access,” Hertz said. “We have the Gratigny [Parkway] right here so they don’t have go through Miami Lakes.”
Being able to avoid traffic in the center of town and working from an area that serves business interests means, “It’s faster to get in and get out,” Hertz said.
