Wilson, a running back and wide receiver, also made The Miami Herald’s All-Dade First Team after recording 1,796 total yards, 34 touchdowns and 12 interceptions for the 2016 season, leading her team to the district championship by defeating Miami Norland 20-6.
The win gave head coach John Rodriguez the 100th win of his career.
In Pace’s first game of the district tournament, Wilson rushed for 100 yards and scored three touchdowns, as the Spartans clobbered Goleman 63-0.
