Meet Stella! She’s a 7-year-old German Shepherd who lives in the Lake Patricia neighborhood with her family, Michelle Hambleton, and her parents Bill and Iliana Hambleton.
Stella was Michelle’s companion while she attended Florida State University and returned to Miami Lakes in 2016, Iliana Hambleton said.
“Stella is a loving and happy-go-lucky dog,” Iliana Hambleton said. “She’s always ready to play with you and lick you all over.”
Stella also supervises the family’s cats -- Byron, Sylvester and Skittles -- and will separate them if they get into a scuffle, Hambleton said.
“Sometimes she thinks she’s one of them, too,” she said.
