Private First Class Michael W. Bagley of Palm Springs North was awarded the Purple Heart medal on January 24 for his service and war injury he received while serving as a Combat Engineer in Afghanistan. He is the son of Roy and Rose Bagley, and brother of Lynn Bagley Nader. Bagley attended Joella C. Good Elementary, Lawton Chiles Middle School and American Senior High School. Michael and his wife (left), Aryn, are presently stationed at Ft. Knox, Kentucky.
