Congratulations to Reporter David L. Snelling, who is celebrating 20 years with The Miami Laker! Many folks in town know Snelling, who writes about government and sports and also reports for the Town Topics and Our Neighborhoods columns for the newspaper.
“It’s been an incredible journey, from covering the town’s incorporation in 2000 to Miami Lakes celebrating its 20th anniversary this year,” Snelling said. “I’ve had the pleasure of working with people who helped shape my career. The experience of covering all the town’s elections, town council meetings and interviewing elected officials, including some who invited me inside their homes, was amazing.”
