The Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce and the town’s Economic Development Committee welcomed Scalp Elite with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Feb. 22.
The new clinic offers hair micropigmentation, body sculpting, permanent makeup and other beauty and body services.
The event began with a champagne toast.
“My first business was in Montreal, and we moved here [to Florida] two years ago,” owner Maxime Ouimet said. The firm also has clinics in Fort Myers and West Palm Beach.
“To have such a great place here in our community … You could have opened anywhere else in Miami-Dade County,” Cid said.
