Ribbon Cuttings: Island Fin Poke Co.

      Steve Kretsch, owner of Island Fin Poké Co., celebrated opening the restaurant in the Royal Oaks Plaza in Miami Lakes with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug. 25. Kretsch was joined by other business owners in the shopping center as well as business boosters from the town.

     The new fast casual dining spot, located at 15468 NW 77th Court, offers poké bowls which contain rice, fish or meat and various toppings and sauces, all chosen by diners. There is also delicious Dole Soft Serve for dessert.
