It was a safari-themed event on May 22 for the 2015 annual Community Recital “Jungle Jubilee” at Barbara Goleman Senior High School in Miami Lakes.
Each year, the Town hosts a recital where 200-plus students are able to showcase their talents learned over the last year through the Town’s more than 40 programs.
Hundreds of spectators filled the auditorium to enjoy an evening of outstanding performances featuring students from such programs as Tai-Chi, line dancing, ballet, martial arts, and jazz.
Youth recreational programming is in summer recess and will begin again in the fall.
