Tico Casamayor, Jerry Menendez among Connection Awards winners

     Two leaders of the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce were among 25 South Florida recipients of Connection Awards on May 1. Jerry Menendez, at left, vice president of the chamber, is senior vice president, Retail Market manager of TD Bank. He also serves on the board of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and oversees its Leadership Programs. Tico Casamayor, Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce’s president of Public Relations and president of AC Graphics, were recognized for their contributions to the community. 

     “They were chosen because Jerry is an amazing connector who always opens his Rolodex, and he nominated Tico who is an amazing connector and mover and shaker,” said Adriana Oliva, of The AO Insight Group. She is co-founder of the Connection Awards that are presented by Radical Partners during the 10 Days of Connections program.
