“I try to be conscious about my consumption of plastic for sure,” Joe Hernandez said. “On certain days I’d rather walk than use a car. I try to be as conscious as I possibly can of everything, from what I consume to what I put out into the earth. “My family, I think, does a fair job of trying to be as conscious as possible. [But] I think I can do better.”

“I walk to places more often than I used to,” Michael Campos said. “I also look for companies that I work with that are better for the environment. One of my clients is a water management company. What it does is it helps buildings and communities be able to recycle water… I actively look for industries and clients that do better for the environment.”
