Miami Lakes Youth Activities Task Force is seeking high school volunteers for the annual Halloween event, Nightmare on Montrose, a free event scheduled for Halloween Saturday, October 31, at Miami Lakes Picnic Park West, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue.
