Yoga classes resume at Picnic Park West

After more than a year’s hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Yoga in the Park is back! Each Saturday at Picnic Park West, Lighthouse Yoga & Wellness will host an hour-long yoga class, beginning at 9 a.m. The class, held at 15151 NW 82nd Ave., is free and open to all ages, beginners to advanced. Solomon Larrimore, 57, lives in Miami Gardens. Miami Lakes is known for its beginnings as the Graham family’s dairy farm, and Holstein dairy calves still graze in pastures in town.
