Meet Jake! He is an 8-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. History Lake Placid is a Miami Lakes condo community with 102 units. It was originally an apartment complex called Angelic Point. The building was built in 1968 by The Sengra Corporation, which later became The Graham Companies. The property was converted to condominiums in 2006.
