The annual Miami Lakes Spring Fling and Easter Egg Hunt will be held on April 4 in Picnic Park West. The municipality and the Youth Activities Task Force are seeking sponsors to help with this “hippity-hopping” event, the town said. The Spring Fling includes an outdoor search for Easter eggs. Looking for a way to occupy your child during spring break? The YMCA Spring Break Camp is an option from March 23 – March 27. It is open from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. at Royal Oaks Park, at 16500 NW 87th Ave. in Miami Lakes. Residents may register before March 6 to get the $80 price for the session.
