Miami Lakes Mayor Manny Cid was the guest speaker at the 2019 Dan Marino Foundation Campus graduation ceremony at Miami Lakes Educational Center. The program provides post-secondary education for young adults with autism and other development disabilities. Cid said he had the pleasure of meeting Haley Moss (pictured here), who’s the first openly autistic female attorney in the state of Florida. “She’s an incredible inspiration to all,” Cid said.
