Barbara Goleman seniors accepted to UF

Eleven Barbara Goleman seniors will move from one gator swamp to the next as newly accepted students at the University of Florida. Barbara Goleman Senior High School planned a college tour for students to get a first hand account of state schools before the school year is over. The students that participated were from the school’s marching band and they visited the University of Florida, Florida State University, and Florida A&M University.

  Pace High School announced 13 seniors from the Class of 2016 were accepted into the University of Florida. HML band students celebrate achievements

  The Hialeah Miami Lakes Trojan band, led by Sara Cowley, celebrated their February achievements at the Florida Bandmasters Association District Solo and Ensemble Festival. Students Jorge Acin, Christian Herrera, Bryan Rodriguez, and Josue Gaitan all received a Superior rating on their solo performances, and band captain Acin, will also move on to the state level with his solo for an even more challenging evaluation. ...
