Residents are invited to try and create a sense of union between their mind, body and spirit, by participating in the Adult Yoga classes at Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 Montrose Road. Classes are held from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
