     On Oct. 17 and Oct. 20, the Graham Companies sent two teams of employee volunteers to work on a home it sponsored for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami.  The volunteers installed baseboards, trimmed windows and landscaped the property around the mint green house in northwest Miami-Dade County.     Greg Betancourt and Bill Topliff were the overall champions of the 2023 Member/Guest Tournament at Miami Lakes Golf Course held from Oct. 12-14. The tournament featured 16 two-player teams.     Drivers who travel on Commerce Way and Oak Lane in Miami Lakes know how those streets flood after storms.     To alleviate the high water, the town is installing new drainage systems in Business Park West.
