Miami Lakes Farmer's Market plans move to new location

      The Miami Lakes Farmer’s Market that happens every Saturday will soon have a new home.

Though it was set to move on June 7, the date has been postponed, and is tentatively set for later this month.

Still close to Main Street, the vendors will set up two blocks west on Meadow Walk, between Bull Run Road and Miami Lakeway North, next to Graham Park. The move will accommodate construction planned for downtown parking lots. The market is open from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Shoppers can find baked goods, grilled foods, produce, clothing, jewelry and crafts.
