Town council members and state Sen. Manny Diaz, Jr., R-Palm Springs North, toured area schools in September to celebrate state ratings achieved during the 2018-2019 school year.
Officials visited Miami Lakes K-8 Center; Miami Lakes Educational Center; Barbara Goleman Senior High; Bob Graham Education Center and Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High.
