Pace students win Jorge Luis Lopez scholarships

St. Andrews Lutheran Church will have a yard sale on Saturday, November 3 from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.  The sale will be held at 575 West 68 Street in Hialeah, across the street from Twin Lakes Elementary School.  Funds raised will provide continuing support for the church’s food bank and other ministry activities.

  The Miami Lakes United Methodist Church’s (MLUMC) annual pumpkin patch is now open until Wednesday, October 31. Located at 14800 Ludlam Road, the patch will hold special events every weekend for residents.  Admission to the patch is $3 Monday through Thursday, with admission being $5 Friday through Sunday.
