  Jim Kiely, a professional golfer who learned how to play in the Junior Golf Program at the former Miami Lakes Country Club (now Shula’s Golf Club), passed away on August 17. Aside from devotion to his family, Kiely’s greatest passion was golfing. After the Junior Golf Program in Miami Lakes, he later played through college and then became a professional golfer.   The back-to-back NJCAA National Champion Lady Sharks Volleyball team, lead by head coack Kiko Benoit, has started the 2018 season with a bang.  The Lady Sharks are 10-0, 1-0 in conference.
