Mater Gardens Academy hosts Academica Food Expo

  On February 6, The Academica Food Expo Show was held at Mater Gardens Academy from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The exposition featured over 30 different food vendors that displayed an array of healthy gourmet style food samples for possible inclusion in next year’s school lunch menus.  About 600 students were transported at different hours during the day to explore the innovative items.
