The Miami Lakes Cultural Affairs Committee held its annual Painting a Picture for Mom event at the Miami Lakes Farmer’s Market on May 10. More than 50 children participated, said Committee Vice Chair Elsa Reus, who took the photo. Shown in the photo: Sophie Mermet-Marechal works on her painting.

Finn-Con returns to MDC on June 21

Finn-Con is returning to Miami Dade College North Campus on Saturday, June 21.
