Phillip Rarick has practiced law for 43 years, and more than half of that time at his Rarick & Beskin law firm in Miami Lakes.
The firm, at 6500 Cowpen Rd., serves clients with various needs, including probate, guardianship and tax law. Rarick specializes in estate planning and asset protection.
“Our clients are all ages,” Rarick said. “From young en- trepreneurs to elder business owners and families, we see them all.”
Rarick & Beskin’s team include Jay Beskin, who joined in 2012, and Jacqueline Bowden Gold,
who came aboard in 2019. They are both attorneys and senior partners.
The firm has offices in Fort Lauderdale and Weston.
Rarick enjoys advising small business owners.
“We want to help them stay out of court and help them pass their business to their younger generations without business interruption,” Rarick said.
He has placed ads in The Miami Laker for 26 years.
“I advertise to stay connected with our clients, because everyone needs updating on their estate planning and we can possibly introduce ourselves to potential clients,” Rarick said.
