Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee is offering the first Senior Field Trip of the Fall on Monday, September 25, to take a tour of Marlins Stadium.
The behind-the-scenes tour of the state-of-the-art Marlins Park will be an experience to view the 37,000 seat, three panel retractable roof facility in the heart of Miami, home to the two-time World Series Champions Miami Marlins, and deemed a jewel of Major League Baseball.
Transportation will be provided to and from Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue. The bus will depart at 10:30 a.m. Attendees are asked to arrive at 10 a.m. Space is limited and reservations are required. Reservation opportunities open one week prior to the field trip and will remain open until all seats are filled.
