Songs For A New World is another smash hit production at Main Street Playhouse, 6766 Main Street. The show opened on July 22 to enthusiastic audiences who gave rave reviews.
Theatre guests appreciated every detail, from the impressive set, soul-stirring music, and the passionate and heartfelt performances of the actors. Chris D’Angelo, Gabi Gonzalez, Icela Marliese, and Leroy Fellis, Jr. sang their hearts out, bringing joy, laughter, and tears with the stories they told. Director Alex Gonzalez and musical director Michael Day brought their skills and expertise to this production.
Songs For A New World runs for one more weekend. Shows are Friday, August 5 at 8 p.m., Saturday, August 6 at 8 p.m., and Sunday, August 7 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $25 for adults, and $20 for students, seniors, and military personnel.
