The Chocolate Kiss

Instead of giving flowers or a box of candy to your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day, why not treat him or her to a chocolate-flavored cocktail?
The Chocolate Kiss is a sensual and rich drink that can be enjoyed during dinner or served with dessert.
It has cherry, vanilla and cacao flavors that will pop on your palate.
The Chocolate Kiss should be served in a chilled martini glass, which you can decorate with heart-shaped designs

made from chocolate syrup.
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine:
--¾ ounce of dark Crème de Cacao liqueur, ¾ ounce of vanilla-flavored vodka and ½ ounce of Filthy brand dark cherry syrup.
--Add a splash of Half & Half or heavy cream and a splash of soda water.
--Thoroughly shake the ingredients (which may all be purchased at Total Wine).
--Add chocolate syrup to the inside of the chilled martini glass and fill it with the drink.
--Garnish with a strawberry.
