Miami Lakes K-8 Center students hold toy drive

      Students at Miami Lakes K-8 Center collected 52 toys during the holiday season to distribute to children at Hibiscus Elementary School in Miami Gardens and Leisure City K-8 Center in Homestead. 

     The school’s Future Educators of America Club, National Junior Honor Society, Student Council and Random Acts of Kindness sponsored the project, the school said in an email.
