Pace High School celebrated the newest chapter in its academic and athletic traditions as two Pace baseball seniors signed Letters of Intent for Stetson University and Jacksonville University on November 19. Shortstop Jorge Arenas signed with Stetson University and pitcher Chris Rodriguez signed with Jacksonville University in a ceremony in front of the student body inside the Pace Spartan Center. Donning the shirts and hats of their respective universities, Arenas and Rodriguez were joined on stage by their family members, fellow baseball players, Pace principal Ana Garcia, and their Pace baseball coaches Tom Duffin and Chuck Lyman.
