The new Venture X Miami Lakes shared workspace firm celebrated with a ribbon cutting party on Feb. 12. Fanfare included music performances, cocktails and a crowd of visitors. “This is a great concept for a startup, new businesses,” Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce President Senra said. “I was really impressed with the layout and the modern facility they have here. Another thing I love to see is businesses working with local businesses. ... That’s the harmony we like to see here in Miami Lakes.”
The event was catered by nearby restaurant BB’s Bakehouse. Guests including executives with the international franchise enjoyed small bites as they strolled through the new co-working space of 81 private offices owned by Enrique and Sharon Lisker of Aventura. The full-service business provides tenants with conference rooms with amenities that include Smart TVs, cameras for presentations and video conferences and 24/7 access to second floor space in the Arbor Place Building, at 15450 New Barn Road.
