The Salvation Army of Hialeah in conjunction with Farm Share will be holding its annual Health Fair at 9 a.m., Saturday, April 25, at 7450 West 4 Avenue.
The Miami Lakes Lions Club will be on hand giving away free hot dogs, water and sodas to people who attend the event.
Three buses from different health groups will be there to offer health screenings including blood pressure checks, diabetes testing, mammogram screening and providing nutrition tips. Farm Share will give out 400 boxes of free food.
