Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee is inviting seniors to attend the annual Senior Holiday Social on Saturday, December 14, from 11:00 am to 2:00 p.m. at the Roberto Alonso Community Center at Royal Oaks Park, 16500 N.W. 87 Avenue.
The free event will feature a holiday lunch, door prizes, raffles and lively entertainment to get everyone in the holiday spirit. Reservations are required to attend. The deadline to register is Wednesday, December 11, or until the event reaches capacity.
Attendees are kindly asked to participate in the holiday toy drive. Santa Claus will be in attendance to collect new unwrapped toys for toddlers to 12 year olds.
