The Zonta Club of Miami Lakes recently held its annual signature fund raiser at Don Shula’s on Main Street. The Black & White Wine Gala, held the evening of Saturday, April 16, featured a wine sommelier, silent auction, raffle, dinner and dancing.

The event hosted over 100 guests and members for a night of stone crab appetizers and fantastic dancing until midnight. Silent auction items donated by local businesses and individuals were on display and available for bidding during the pre-dinner wine tasting and delicious hors d’oeuvres.

Honored guests included Miami Lakes Vice Mayor-Tim Daubert, Councilmember Ceasar Mestre and representatives from Woman’s Breast & Heart Initiative, Lotus House and Casa Valentina, the benefactors of the Gala and local charities that the Zonta Club of Miami Lakes supports.
