Hundreds of children and families visited the Blockbuster Halloween Haunted House event on Halloween night. The free event, hosted by Miami Lakes Youth Activities Task Force, took place at the former Blockbuster Video location in the Cypress Village Shopping Center.

The Graham Companies donated the location and over 60 local middle and high school volunteers offered their service to help design and produce the frightful Haunted House.

“Halloween in Miami Lakes cannot be beat. Our residents had a scary good time at this year’s Haunted House,” said Vice Mayor Manny Cid. “These family-friendly events are what Miami Lakes is all about.”
