The Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta has appointed Rajinder P. Singh to its Board of Governors’ Federal Advisory Council. Singh, 49, of Miami and New York, is chairman, president and chief executive officer of BankUnited Inc., which is headquartered in Miami Lakes.
