Miami-Dade County Commissioner Esteban Bovo Jr.’s office will host a Golden Passport outreach event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, at Miami Lakes Government Center, 6601 Main Street. Miami-Dade residents who are 65 years or older, and Social Security beneficiaries, can register for, or renew their Golden Passport EASY Card, which allows them to ride free on Miami-Dade Transit’s system....
