A weekly evening of meditation practice is held every Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the junction of I-75 and Miami Gardens Drive (N.W. 186 Street). The gathering is a perfect introduction to the practice of sitting meditation and no previous meditation experience is necessary.
