Dr. Oscar Bicet visits Town Hall

Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet, a Cuban human and civil rights advocate, recently paid a visit to Miami Lakes Town Hall to meet with elected and government and officials. In 2007, then-President George W. Bush awarded Dr. Biscet the Presidential Medical of Freedom.  The 55-year-old Dr. Biscet is also the founder of the Lawton Foundation.
