    Miami Lakes Congregational Church is again hosting “Enhance Fitness,” a group exercise program led by a certified instructor that improves balance, flexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination and mental sharpness, as well as reducing the risk of falling for ages 55 years and older.   The Spartan wrestling team at Monsignor Edward Pace High School has a long history of excellence led by coach Frank Pelegri, including winning the Class 1A State Championship in 2000.
