Judge dismisses bridge lawsuit; town appeals decision

A Miami-Dade County Circuit Court judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Town of Miami Lakes to stop construction of the Northwest 170th Street bridge from extending onto the town’s northwest boundary. A Miami Laker is a member of the Florida State University College of Law team which won 1st place in the 2020 Buffalo-Niagara Mock Trial Competition, FSU said on its website.
