The Town of Miami Lakes has partnered with Loving Soles since 2013 to collect shoes for impoverished residents of Camillus House in downtown Miami, Town Clerk Gina Inguanzo said in a press statement. This year, the Miami Lakes-based charity is working with students from town to coordinate collection efforts. History Lake Elizabeth was developed during the late 1980s and early 1990s by The Graham Companies, which grew the 6.5 square mile town from its dairy farm.
